A simple, fun quiz for the whole family to support healthy, joyful movement at every age!


Why Take This Quiz?

Each time the seasons change , our routines begin to shift and movement can start to feel either uplifting or draining. The difference lies in choosing what supports your body — and that varies by age, stage, and dosha type.


This quiz is a simple way for you and your family to:


  • Find out how to move with your energy, not against it

  • Support seasonal balance and long-term wellbeing

  • Discover small, Ayurvedic touches that help everyone feel better in their bodies


How to Take the Quiz as a Family


Make this a fun 15-minute activity with the kids, grandparents or your partner.


  1. Grab a sheet of paper and draw a column for each person doing the Quiz

  2. Read the questions out loud — everyone picks their answer: A, B, or C.

  3. Tally up which letter appears the most for each person.

  4. Match their answers to the dosha-based movement style below.


Don’t overthink it — go with the answer that feels most like you right now.

Each question has three options representing general Vata, Pitta, and Kapha traits.

This is a discovery tool—not a diagnosis. If you’re split across types, we’ll explain what that means too!

Once you have done the Quiz, we give you a brief summary of what your responses could mean.
