Here is a fun way to get to know yourselves and your family better. Not each of us is the same or prefers the same exercise forms. While one of you may enjoy running another may prefer Yoga or Pilates. As we acknowledge that each of us is unique with a very individual constitution, we also need to acknowledge and appreciate that each of us may choose to move in different ways.

Movement is important.

Form of movement can vary and be more suited to what an individual's constitution. Try including your children in this Quiz too and it may give you new information and insight to what their preferences might be, for now and in the future.

Our younger friends might need help with some questions - but we are sure you will manage!
