Suggested Use :  Adults : 3-6g with warm water before bedtime to support gentle detoxification or regular bowel movements.

3-6g early morning on an empty stomach to support healthy digestion.

Children: Above 5yrs of age with half of the above suggested quantity.

You are requested not to exceed the suggested per day quantities.

Q: Can I use Triphala everyday?

A : You can use small quantities over a longer period. However Ayurveda does not believe in dependency with one product. So we would recommend you use Triphala to support you when needed and then stop once you don t

A: It acts as a very mild laxative. It helps being in consistent bowel movements but also helps regulate digestion better at the same time.

A: It is naturally earthy, bitter and has an astringent taste. Many find the taste becomes more palatable with regular use.
