An Ayurvedic consultation typically lasts from 60 - 90 minutes. During the 90 Minutes  Vd.Seema will take your health history, discuss your current diet and lifestyle, check your tongue (Ayurvedic Tongue Diagnosis), check your Pulse (Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis only for in-person bookings), determine the root cause of your imbalance, & create a Treatment Plan.

At Keyajee, we always start with 2 weeks of diet and lifestyle adjustments. After these two weeks you can start taking the prescribed Ayurvedic herbs if you need any to bring yourself back into balance. If time permits, you will also receive a brief Digestive Tune-up Massage Treatment (only for in-person bookings).
